Inspired by Jamba Juice, the Hinge creative team developed this delicious and fun all-CG spot, featuring cinematic camera moves, dramatic lighting and exploding cosmic fruit, uniquely blended to perfection.
Fruit! In! Space!
After our success creating a foodscape of fruits and vegetables for NVIDIA, our team here at Hinge Digital was inspired by Jamba Juice to create a whole universe of fruit juice. We wanted to build on their existing name recognition, but expand the brand’s appeal to a younger, tech-savvy, science-fiction audience and exploit the natural beauty of both natural fruit textures and outer space. December 6, 2013 – Portland, Oregon – Oregon Story Board, launched earlier this year by a consortium of research, private, and state groups, today welcomes its inaugural Executive Director Nicholas de Wolff, after a comprehensive national search. Nicholas will be responsible for developing and overseeing the organization’s strategic and operational mission.
“We were incredibly impressed with the quality of candidates that applied for this position,” said Vince Porter, Executive Director of the Oregon Governor’s Office of Film and Television, one of the groups involved with the initiative, “and it became clear early on that Nicholas was at the top of the list. On October 7, HB 3367 becomes law. This is significant in several ways for Oregon’s film, television, and digital media industry. The most obvious change is the increase in the annual amount of OPIF tax credits to $10million a year. (By the way, we’re selling the remaining $4million of tax credits for 2013 beginning on October 21. Here are the details of the tax credit auction.)
What may prove to be just as important of a development, though, are the changes happening within the “local filmmaker” program which is commonly referred to as the Indigenous Oregon Production Investment Fund (iOPIF).
