The2014 OPIF Tax Credit Auction began Wednesday July 9 and continues through July 18.
The Oregon Department of Revenue is auctioning $10 million in OPIF tax credits. This is the largest amount of tax credits we have auctioned off at a single time, so it is a great opportunity for more people to be able to have successful bids.

We wanted to let you know of the Oregon Department of Revenue’s plans to conduct a tax credit auction for the Oregon Production Investment Fund (OPIF) in July. The total amount of tax credits to be auctioned will be $10,000,000. This is the largest amount that we have had available to date, so it will be a good opportunity for people to be able take advantage of the tax credits. Oregon Media Production Association celebrates achievements of commercial, film, TV and interactive media production in Oregon at their annual meeting on Tuesday night. On October 7, HB 3367 becomes law. This is significant in several ways for Oregon’s film, television, and digital media industry. The most obvious change is the increase in the annual amount of OPIF tax credits to $10million a year. (By the way, we’re selling the remaining $4million of tax credits for 2013 beginning on October 21. Here are the details of the tax credit auction.)
