June 7th, 2010 marked the 25th Anniversary of the 80s cult classic film, “The Goonies,” and fans of the film descended upon Astoria, Oregon in droves this past weekend to celebrate. Director Richard Donner and many of the stars from the film also showed up to commemorate the event and to share the experiences they had making the film.
ONLINE (June 4, 2010) – Revolver Digital Media Studio announced their main cast for PLANNING TO FAIL (SPECTACULARLY), their latest web series project. The web series stars: Casey McFeron as Paul, Victor Morris as Richard, John San Nicolas as Bryan, Jacob Bean-Watson as Clive, Mariessa Portelance as Naomi, Roshan Maloney as Dallas, and Sara Robbin as Brevin. The series is scheduled to shoot this summer in Oregon.
Yogi Bear shot and completed filming on this live action 3D animated film project in New Zealand earlier this year but production needed some further shots for the opening scenes. After scouting Oregon and a few other states, Silver Falls State Park was deemed dramatic and on a grand enough scale to easily portray Jellystone Park.

Portland, OR – The eagerly anticipated inaugural feature film for local filmmaker Jacqueline Gault of JackSpeed Productions begins principal photography on July 12th at Dante’s nightclub in downtown Portland. The film follows two women: Jane, a dowdy toy store employee played by Audrey Walker, and Ruby a saucy cabaret performer played by Jacqueline Gault, as their lives suddenly intersect and Jane is thrust into Ruby’s dark world. Jane’s life gets turned upside down as she learns the details of her past and just how interconnected her life is with Ruby.
