OPIF Tax Credit Auction Opens at 9a on July 9th

As a reminder, we are now just one month away from the start of the 2018 OPIF Tax Credit auction. More information can be found here on our site.

This year’s online auction for $14 million in OPIF tax credits will take place July 9-13, 2018 at the following link:

Full information about the upcoming auction can be found at the above link. The links to actually submit bids will not be active until the auction begins, but the forms and other details are available now.

The most important points to know right now:

• The OPIF online auction will begin at 9 am Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on Monday, July 9, 2018. It will end at 5 pm PDT on Friday July 13, 2018.
• No bids will be accepted before or after the designated times.
• Bidders must submit payment along with Form TCA by Friday, July 20, 2018 at 5 pm PDT.
• There will be $14 million in tax credit certificates available for the auction.
• The credit certificates will be in $500 increments and the minimum bid will be $475.
