Eastern Oregon Film Festival is primed to present it’s 3rd annual program beginning Thursday, October 20-Saturday October 22, in La Grande, Oregon. The program is packed with award winning films, guest directors, Skype Q&A’s, some of the best NW bands, and a wonderful and masterful collection of shorts.
