June 22, 2011 – Portland, OR – – Portland based Polluted Pictures debuted the feature film teaser trailer to “Cell Count” last week at the OMPA event focused on the state of the film industry in Portland Oregon. ”Cell Count” was the third of three feature films shot in 2011 utilizing the state iOPIF rebate program and was Written and Directed by Todd E.
