The Ad Council jumped at the offer from Portland creative agency, Hinge Digital’s offer of a pro-bono PSA for parents and children. Hinge worked with the American PSA nonprofit Ad Council, and in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and US Department of Health and Human Services to create a campaign that educated parents and their children on how to stay safe as they navigate COVID-19’s challenges.
