Coinciding with the opening of Portland Art Museum’s campus transformation in November, PAM CUT // Center for an Untold Tomorrow announces a reimagined yearly festival experience like no other, PLUS PLUS. Through this additive, ever-evolving celebration of artists who dissolve boundaries and defy easy categorization, this year’s lineup of ten groundbreaking media arts premieres and one-night-only events will take place over two weekends—November 13–23, 2025—at both the PAM CUT Tomorrow Theater and Portland Art Museum.
PLUS PLUS is the festival of Tomorrow—a world-class gathering in Portland that further amplifies and expands PAM CUT’s vision where storytelling, tech, media artists and creative communities collide to explore new ideas and form new audiences charting fresh ways to move our city and our world forward. PLUS PLUS new media and immersive arts festival features wildly imaginative programming for cultural snackers, including unbound cinema, comedy and performances, sound-driven and interactive storytelling, live animation, media arts and, yes, even smell-o-vision. Uniquely focused on active, participatory, experiential art and storytelling, this year’s theme is shapeshifting, where each night focuses on shaping or shifting the way we see, feel, and choose to move through life today, tomorrow and into the future.
