Oregon Documentary Camp is a program of NW Documentary that is crafted with working documentary filmmakers in mind.
And this year there are TWO ways to participate:
1) Everyone can join us for DOC CAMP ONLINE for a full day of online programming on Friday, May 13th.

- The cost to attend is $50, and Registration opens on April 1st. Learn more.
2) Filmmakers can apply to attend DOC CAMP LAB, a 3-day event that expands upon our online programming by offering an in-person experience for up to 24 filmmakers from May 11-13th in Portland, OR.
- Our goal is to bring together a group of filmmakers at similar points in their filmmaking who can learn from and support each other.
- Filmmakers must be in production or post-production on a documentary project to apply.
Doc Camp Lab costs
- If you’re accepted to Doc Camp Lab, the cost to attend is $300.
- The cost covers in-person programming and most meals, but does not include lodging.
- However, attendees will be provided with access to a discounted rate at the Ace Hotel, our home base during the event.
