This year’s Cannes Director’s Fortnight lineup will feature a number of American independent titles, including the world premiere of Oregon-shot-and-produced “Green Room,” the latest thriller from Fortnight alum, Jeremy Saulnier (“Blue Ruin”), produced by Neil Kopp, Anish Savjani and Victor Moyers.
