"Our goal is to support the Portland, OR area creative arts community and local charities by sponsoring a monthly short film contest. This "race" contest will challenge film teams to produce a short film in three days under a selected genre.
We will give a donation to local charities every month. The winning team will choose a charity for the next month. A grand finale premiere from the 12 monthly 1st place winners with a grand prize for the winner at the end of the year"
