Join us for the POV Filmmakers June mixer on June 27th, 7-9 pm. We’ll have trivia to kick off the meeting, then a presentation by Storyboard Artist Dan Schaefer, Q&A, and time for networking.This brief introduction to the field of the storyboard artist will include the basic skills needed, working with a director(s), and using your knowledge of film to tell a story that can be interpreted by the crew. This introduction will be followed by a Q&A.
Veteran storyboard artist Dan Schaefer has worked in the film,TV and commercial industry with companies such as Paramount, Nike, Wayfair, Nissan, Amazon, BBC, Marvel, Geico, NBC and many others since 1986.
The mixer is free and we ask that you purchase food and beverage to support the use of the venue.
