Premiere Screening of Project Viewfinder – Presented by NW Film Center

Join us for an evening of poignant short films, about the myths and realities of homelessness, created by young adults transitioning from struggle to self-sufficiency. Mentored by Northwest Film Center faculty for the last three months, the youth have worked in front of and behind the camera to tell these personal stories of struggle and hope for the future. Many of the young filmmakers will be in attendance to reflect on their experience and take questions from the audience.

The NW Film Center & Project Viewfinder: From the Streets to the Screen

 

Without question, those of us creatively engaged in the local film scene are blessed to be able to participate in our growing industry.  As we head into the holiday giving season, the NW Film Center would love to encourage OMPA members to become acquainted with a new program we’re developing to help those without a voice tell their stories through the medium of film.
