Emmy Winning Hairstylist Joe Matke (All My Children, 90210) will teach makeup artists and other beginner- and intermediate-level stylists the basics of film/TV hair design when Colour Box Makeup Studios returns to Portland for a two day workshop, June 9-10.
The class, titled Hairstyling for Makeup Artists, is designed to broaden working makeup artists’ hairstyling skills. It will allow them to offer potential employers a more complete package as they improve their own hair skills and gain a better understanding of working with other hairstylists on productions.
The exclusive workshop is limited to 12 aspiring artists, all of whom will be trained by Matke and complete assignments using live models and industry-leading products and equipment.
